Igor,

Yes, I have both versions and agree that they sound about the same.  As others have mentioned, this album would benefit from a complete remastering IMHO. I still like the vibe of a lot of this album, nevertheless.  For example, people do not mention Step By Step when the subject of DW comes up.  But somehow this song grabbed me more than most of the other songs and could have been a good addition to a setlist at the time. It is a pretty "pop-y" song as is most of the album but as Bob says"all Heep is good Heep" (Equator....not so much).
