I can understand why Fallen Angel might not be everyone’s cup of tea, I
don’t think it sounds too poppy, but overall it’s a pretty decent album.

It does have  some interesting parts, some acoustic guitar, versatile
keyboard sounds and there is even a little Hensley/ Box guitar battle.
Vocals and backup choir top notch.
 I think that this would have been an album Byron would have enjoyed
doing.  Lawton did a great job.
Interesting though , I remember listening to a radio program a long time
ago , can’t remember what the topic was about , but the song “ I’m Alive”
was their theme song of the show, which as you can imagine shocked me.
