Yes Bob Koko can be bought just on Cd. I think its a Japaneses release but easy to obtain in the US.

So you are saying the Koko can be ordered just as a live cd and that it came
out already, is that what you are saying?

Pay attention, when I get almost 250 emails daily between home and work
emails and not counting another 50 to the skatepark for solitictations
(SPAM) and then the list taking a week off at a time, with no posts.
