The 80s were awful, and yes, it seems it's been about what I call the lesser Heep albums like High and Mighty and Conquest, the Goalby era and so on. For me even the Lawton era outside of Firefly was very weak. For me the Golden era was the first album through Return to Fantasy, High and Mighty was the end of that era, and Conquest was the end of the band as we knew it. I would love nothing more than talking about anything in the Byron era. Of anyone can come up with a topic  from that era that catches on by all means let's discuss it. DS
