Regarding the Don Kirshner show..I read somewhere it was recorded at
Shepperton studio`s and not in America at all. 
It's a cool video though ;-D

Great DVD, I had video tapes of both show used on it as well as a few clips
of the Japan shows. Both the Japan and 1975 shows were nice upgrades from
what I had and Japan was far more complete, sadly the footage from the 1974
show wasn't as good as the video I had, I really wish that was of better
quality. Another sad point is I have no idea where the video I had of the 74
footage is at. This is a must have DVD set look for the two DVD version it's
the best, I had an extra copy that I had to sell a while back, they don't
seem easy to find these days. DS.
