[Heeplist] Singer changes

[Igor Shveitser]

 Dick Dale reminds me strongly of our balalaika players, it is a very unguitarish, folky approach to and ways of picking. And I dig his dexterity, I wish there were more famous of his kind, that would've made my choice of a proper guitar way easier.
