If I get the legal part of the case right, that's the way it is, and he does get paid indeed, so actually he is quite interested in having 'em on stage as long as possible. :)))) I also suppose, Mick Box would've gladly got rid of all that Hensley stuff if he only could. But he can't, his band's songs how ever good they might be, are not in such demand as are the ones off Hensley/Byron era. Still both parties need each other to carry on, that's for sure. I believe, if not for Mick and Co., Ken's return would have never been so smooth - on one hand, the songs, thanks to Heep of 80-90-s, were still part of gig repertoire, on the other - Ken's version of them is always more authentic, so he even got some advantage out of their live activity.
