[Heeplist] Heeplist] H&M Filler

I enjoy John Wetton as a singer, I just never liked when he tries to sing to high, Greg Lake was another singer that didn't sound good singing high but was outstanding otherwise. A guy singing high is something Heep alone was so good at. Most singers tend to sound like guys trying to sing like a girl, but Heep was able to maintain their manhood in the high range, except for Wetton on lead vocals. Dave S.

>I stand corrected!! lol!! What I actually meant was some consider those songs filler by previous posts over the last 18 years on the list. Personally, I love the chanting and the vocals on Can't Stop Singing. Pete do you remember when Mick was on the list and I asked him what the chant was in the beginning of the song? His answer was "Loads of Laughs in Africa"
>As for Confession, a great vocal by David similar to Rain. A very meaningful song and nice ballad in which Heep proved it could do a Capella. That is also right about Ken playing Weep in Silence, I always loved his guitar work in Heep. Does anyone remember the song Fools on Conquest? Did Ken play that solo too? I am guilty of giving the wrong guy credit.
