[Heeplist] (no subject)

Hi Tapio, yes John mentioned it last Saturday to me. I can't remember what
he said he'd done now. I think July Morning was one of them. I also remember
him saying he wasn't overly impressed with Graham Bonnet although he'd
always previously thought he was good. Used somebody else for the high
notes. GB didn't overly impress me when I saw him and his band a few years
ago, but I thought it might just have been because it was a small venue.

Sorry, this is the correct page on my site:
http://www.heepfiles.info/stuff/vocals.htm

I copied the wrong link, that was Axel Rudi Pell's website where there was
info that John Lawton was a guest at his show at Bang Your Head Festival in
Germany in July. Has anyone heard anything about this and what did John
sing? Quite a cast there: Bobby Rondinelli, Tony Carey, Vinny Appice, John
Lawton, Doogie White, Graham Bonnet, Jeff Scott Soto etc.
