Hi Igor, thank you for pointing out. :-) I am the standard bearer for
Uriah Heep Trueness!!
I would give Live in Moscow a 5! Heep comes back from the dead with a new
vocalist and keyboard player. Abominog a 4, great record but such a
drastic change in sound and personnel and too many cover tunes.. I wonder
if the magic and wizardry disappeared when Ken Hensley did??!!! I think so,
and it is my opinion. During the 70's, I never thought of Heep as Mick's
band, but Ken's band.
I would give both RTS and Different World 4.5's
RTS first new Studio cd with revised lineup and had a lot of rocking
variety.
Different World, does not sound like it belongs in a Heep catalog, but I
think it is a strong POP offering. Every song on it sounds like a hit
single. Yes lightweight and poppy, but very well written lyrics and
melodies.
Even a 5 does not give SOL enough credit, but it is the mark of perfection
and Heep's peak (post 70's)
