[Heeplist] This list is bouncing all over the place

Folks, the chronic bounce issues are due to server-side factors:  the list
is hosted from a dedicated or shared web hosting server  -- the same one
that hosts http://travellersintime.com an its forums,  Running mailing
lists from such environments has become increasingly difficult because web
hosting environments are often exploited for spam and malware attacks, and
ISPs' countermeasures take that into account by treating those entire
network segments as suspect.

The hosting server IP also appears in a couple of advisory spam blacklists
at the moment, which is the likeliest cause of the recent issues.  There
are procedures for removal that the list admins should follow.

Our list admins could also help the situation somewhat by configuring
domain authentication measures for the travellersintime.com domain. Gmail,
for example, notes (neutrally, it says) that there is no SPF record:

Received-SPF: none (google.com: heeplist-bounces at travellersintime.com
does not designate permitted sender hosts) client-ip=75.127.70.2;
Authentication-Results: mx.google.com;
       spf=neutral (google.com: heeplist-bounces at travellersintime.com

I used to host a mailing list in a similar environment, and I can feel
the list admins' pain.
