[Heeplist] This list is bouncing all over the place

I am not on Yahoo and I don't have problems, right now.  To address Bob's problem:  all I had to do to was to 'allow' the domain and also to accept my individual address for my email account.  Maybe this will help others... I don't know.  Another reminder:  I have had to do this several times over the years as the email server seems to forget relationships.
