[Heeplist] Outsider bonus tracks

There hasn't been any official information on Japanese bonus track  
anywhere so I wouldn't trust this before there's some proof. It could  
be just marketing strategy to get people outside of Japan to order it.  
When they say "subject to change" they don't have to answer to  
complaints.
