[Heeplist] crue and alice

 Hello Todd,
Your story just shows you don't like hair metal bands too much. Here I could say "on the contrary" - but I won't :) To me they seem ok, I am not too crazy about them, but when we say they are junk, we don't do justice to them. 80-s hard rock was not much the same as the genre of the 70-s, but still there was drive - and Crue were one of the bands for The Moscow Music Peace Festival in August 1989, and they were way better (and rockier) than Bon Jovi (which is also a hair band). So I do see them differently. Alice Cooper was also a hair metal figure then - but I am sure it doesn't ruin your vision of his, as it obviously doesnt in the case of Whitesnake... Still I also prefer the 70-s :)))
