Hi Shawn, Yeah! Lord of the Rings certaintly put NZ on the map. Peter Jackson should of got HEEP to do the soundtracks for the movies, would of been ideal. It so fits in with the theme i think. Most of the sceanary from LORs was in South Island which is more raw and unspoilt then the North Island which is were i am from, although in saying that the view from my backdoor is of a mountain, which is covered in snow at the moment, and the view from my frontdoor is of the Ocean 2min walk to beach, so i do live in 'Paradise'. Also in last 18 months we've been spoilt with overseas act's, the best in years, they've all come at once it seems, still waiting for 'HEEP', they came in the 80's, but i missed out then, so hopefully they will return soon, or i may have to go oversea's to see them before they 'retire' lol (sweet freedom) " If i had time "& "One Day" L (heepmad)

Although some of the bootleg performances by the Doogie White lineup are better, this is still a very good night all around. If you're a Rainbow or Blackmore fan, well worth owning. The Doogie lineup, IMO, was the strongest post-Dio l lineup, and some of the shows may have been the best that Ritchie ever did with Purple or Rainbow.
