Did he charge your credit card yet?  If it happened to me and my card was
charged, I would file a dispute.  However if he did not charge my card, I
would write and cancel the order and get it elsewhere.  Hey that is me, I am
impatient and refuse to be jerked around.  I learned my lesson back in 2001
ordering directly from the official website.  I had moved and wrote that I
needed to change my address as it had not shipped yet.  That fell n deaf
ears and it went to the old address.  Luckily the new occupants did not
throw out.

Remember a couple of years ago when Heep released Celebration?  Amazon was
out of stock and could not guarantee a date or if it would be restocked at
all.  So I wrote Mick and complained about lack of inventory and he sent me
one.  I cancelled my order with Amazon, but it was too late they already
sent one out, even thought the website said it was out of stock. That was
crazy.  So when my Amazon copy arrived I sent it someone on the list who
needed it.
