Doing a charge-back on your credit card does not involve having to get a new 
card.  Simply report it to your cc company in writing and they will reverse 
the charges.  And this will negatively impact the credit rating of Ken, btw, 
but it sounds like he has it coming.

Thanks for the suggestion Bob but as I have already had my card cloned twice 
this year already I don't want to go through the whole rigmarole of having 
to get a new card again! I did mention not having received it on Ken's 
Facebook page but had no reply as my message was taken off immediately! 
Why?!
