If You want to listen to Saxon You should try out the live album "The Eagle has landed"  they are a great live band, I seen them several times through the years 😊

Subject: [Heeplist] Saxon & Heep US tour

With upcoming US tour and dates to be officially announced Jan 6 as well as my speculation of dates in Florida, I decided to check out Saxon. Yes I have heard of them but never really heard them. As far as I know, I've never heard one of their songs on a US radio station. So the last few days I've been on Amazon Music I listen to denim and leather and then the greatest hits.  So far it sounds like, just run of the mill's metal with no magic like Heep provides. 

So do they have any big songs like Gypsy or July morning?  Those of you who know them what are your impressions and favorite tunes they do have a lot of recorded material and I just want to know which direction to listen to.
