I feel you.  
I think Heep just can't make the financials work for a US tour 

Unfortunately the cost of obtaining VISA's to work in the US has made it extremely prohibitive for bands like Heep to come over to the US.
Seeing them headline a tour here seems very low.  Especially needing a full road crew to manage the production  
If they get picked up to tour with a few bands where they could have a bare bones tech crew its possible we'd see them here in the US, ex: if Judas Priest, Saxon, Heep were to tour the US.

This article really spells out the difficulty UK bands have trying to financially justify coming to the US.
