I woke up this morning and had an alert from Amazon that my A card is charged $19.57 USD. I did not remember ordering anything so I went to the website and found it is the new UH CD getting ready to ship. However I won't see it to Feb 8. The good news is I subscribe to Amazon music and 2 singles are there and tomorrow the 27th, I should be able to hear rest of songs.

Hurricane is a jam type rocker, no melody but repetitive lyrics in the vein of Sunrise/Rainbow Demon with a heavy hard driving beat. It is a great song for a toothache.
"Feel the pain, Novacaine, my tooth is hurting". Lol!

So we have 2 singles so far, one written by Davey the other Russell. Neither are Ken H, I think we can all agree on that. I also notice that since Sea of Light, there is a similar formula to all the songs. They all seem to sound like a version of Time of Revelation.

And with each ensuing release the Heep Choir seems to be fading off. On the plus side the energy level of the band seems to be going up and there is incredible instrumentation with machine gun drumming, thumping bass lines and loud dominating organ! Of course Mick has the unique guitar sound that shows no sign of age or hitting the brakes.

The band is rocking and definitely passing the Panzer (doing 180) on the Freeway. Are we ever going to get another Demons & Wizards? Short answer: NO! What we are getting is a band hitting its stride, taking hard rock to another level and re-inventing the roaring 20's!
