Also for the big announcement I have a contract on my house in New Jersey and am closing this week on a retirement home in Florida so in August I'll be a Florida resident!
The only Florida heepsters I can think of are madman, Mike Frederick and there was another Bob with a similar email address to mine but I don't think he's on the list anymore
