Lannis,
That is great. You should rent yourself out to some of those guys in the NBA
that have trouble hitting 50% of their free throws facing forward!

Earlier today my backward free total reached 666,666. I am now over 2/3 of a
million. I started doing backward free throws to help with my Meniere's
disease. I had my first attack in 2,000 while waiting to get on a plane to
go to Heepvention 2000 in London. I had to be rushed to the hospital. I was
told not to fly for 2 weeks. The next day, Bobbie and I flew to London,
arriving a day late for the Heepvention. We did get to enjoy day 2. While I
was in London, I had my second attack. John Lawton called in a doctor to
take care of me. Mick Box later called to wish me well. Meniere's symptoms
include dizziness, vertigo, vomiting, lack of balance, tinnitus, and hearing
loss. I've lost almost all my hearing in my left ear. I suffered off and on
for 10 years up until 2010. My brother Richard became a personal trainer at
First Health Gym in Rockingham, NC. He invited me to check it out. Turns out
they had a basketball court. I had done some backward free throws in my back
yard when I was younger. I decided to try some again to see if it might help
with my balance and vertigo. I started in 2010, and did have a few vertigo
events where I would have to lie down for a while to get myself back
together. When I shoot the backward free throws, I have to turn around
quickly to see if the ball goes in the basket. After a while, I stopped
having vertigo. I have now gone 11 years without vertigo. It is not just
fun. It is therapy. I am a happy camper. When I first started in 2010, it
took me 5 months to make a total of 10 five in-a-rows or better. I ended
with 216 five in-a-rows or better for the whole year of 2010. I have now
made five in-a-row or better over 33,000 times. My best is 35 in-a-row.
Check out you tube backward free throws undone fun and also backward free
throws 28 out of 29.
Oh, I did receive Ken's new album today. Good day.
Lannis
