[Heeplist] Live 73 US press

Hi Terje

The first US & Canadian pressing has catalogue number Mercury 
SRM-S-7503. The ones with red labels are the earliest ones.

I doubt if SRM-S-7603 exists it all, have you actually seen a copy? I 
think it could be just a typing error.
