I did pre-order of Eleventeen and also the new Ken Hensley release

Still waiting on Trevor's release, maybe they took care of UK first.  It
says on Amazon delivery between Dec 27 and Jan 27
What I like about using Amazon they usually give you a download of the mp3
version of cd, this time the offer is not available, quite odd.
