Bruce was at the 1999 Heepvention at Myrtle Beach. His album included a track by ken Hensley. It was great talking with him. Sadly he committed suicide shortly after the Heepvention. Bruce was very similar to Jimi Hendrix. In fact Buddy Miles, Billy Cox, and Mitch Mitchell of the Jimi Hendrix Experience played on the album. Also Michael Bruce and Neal Smith of the Alice Cooper Group, ANT-BEE, Bunk Gardner (Mothers of Invention), Harvey Dalton Arnold (Outlaws). Seemed like Bruce had it really going on. What a shame.
