Yeah, Don. that's a big yes. I have long felt that the studio was a bit lacking if the quality of either the mics, their placement, the recording equipment used, the mastering, or all of these. I notice that the bass is presented as sort of a wall of sound instead of being a distinct instrument. Go back to the old days and bass was way more prominent then.
Oh well. I guess we should just appreciate the fact that the boys are still rocking and putting out albums at all. It's not the fault of the talent as we all know. I can dream I guess.
