[Heeplist] KJJ Review of Living the Dream

I see now that Amazon let you order LTD Deluxe edition cd/dvd cheaper than the standard cd is sold for at the pledge site.  The standard edition on pledge is £15  and on Amazon the deluxe edition with dvd is only £11.99.   that's about $19 and $15.
