[Heeplist] Ten miles high

I wonder who put it on vinyl? I remember in the Chris Tetley interview Heep joking about Ken’s solo album not making enough to cover the cost of artwork. Many of us of heard to 10 miles  bootleg the only argument for releasing it is to make Equater sound like a masterpiece
