Don, the only fool is the person in the USA who used the A word in front of
Phil and incurred his disdain for improper use of the English language.  Our
British counterparts are very sensitive about how we butcher their language.
Once I was in the UK, at Stonehenge and they had a room at the entrance with
headphones for all languages.  My host Mike Taylor, said "Bob they have one
here for American English"
