[Heeplist] Sound Going to Uriah Heep concert

Seeing the band and hearing the best of the music are many times totally different things. Sitting close to the stage is fun and sometimes it is worth the sound difference.
While each venue is different based on the size and configuration, and each has their own sweet spot, many times the best place is in front of the sound board.

Yes I once sat right underneath Micks guitar stand at B.B. Kings in NY with Mike Frederick now of Florida and Esa Ahola from Atlanta. These were dinner tables.  Last 2 times I sat middle of venue there as for that venue it was better sound, especially for vocals. I have found if too close to Bernie he sounds distorted.
