[Heeplist] The end of Classic Rock Magazine?

I've been a long time subscriber to Classic Rock Magazine, but see that 
their parent company Team Rock is apparently folding and laid off almost all 
the staff.

For any of our UK buddies out there, how does this process work? The 
terminology is all different from what we use for bankruptcy proceedings 
here in the US :)

Is there any hope someone will buy and continue publishing these mags?
