[Heeplist] Question about Paul Newton

Some of you know and if you do not Paul played bass on 3 tracks for us on our EP release self titled twisted Tapestry.. If you are interested in getting a physicalCd copy let me know.If you are hipslick and cool and all digital go to itunes or any other groovy download site. Twisted Tapestry. Paul is a great guy and a great player. I would love to see him at one of the uriah Heepshows like they have done with Ken and John etc.

Hi David 

After being fired from Heep Paul played in various bands playing in 
clubs and bars. He also did a lot of session work. Sometime in the 
eighties he quit playing professionally and went to work in construction 
company as building surveyor, foreman at building sites etc. Already 
before joining Heep he had done some course in that so he had the 
qualification. Since then he has had various businesses of his own, I 
think a Fish & Chips shop among others. I think he sold his business 
some time ago and has retired. That's just about what I can remember.
