Don,
Usually Heep had such a practice that management ordered the cover
somewhere on the side, from some design bureau or a painter like Dean. As
far as I'm concerned, the band themselves had little if not nothing to do
with that. Yes, a proper album would have been better but it is what it is
and I, unlike Ken, love it too - a meaningful, one of a kind cover - the
same as the very music recorded :))))

I like the cover, :))  I wish it was one you can open and see more features
of the band though. Ya, if it was an opener it would be really cool. I
wonder who thought of the concept of the cover? Management, the band
members or, an outside source ?

success they hoped for. Yes, a great one... same as all recorded with

Hey guys,
Just cruising down the highway in a rain storm listening to Wonderworld. I
always come back to that album. I think the band said at the time thati
it was kinda of a dissapionting one for them?
I think it was probably the best of Thain and Byron. They were monsters on
this album.
