[Heeplist] Heeplist] Live Heep on dime

It's really as much fun meeting and hanging out with the people you meet, when I think back to London I remember the people I got to meet as much if not more than the gigs. I can't say that about any other band . DS

I agree, Dave. To me seeing Heep is a bonus to meeting different fans in
different places. Without all the before and after there really isn't
anything different to say about the UK gigs. You could send me a report from
a recent US gig and it would be pretty much valid for a UK gig. I could
telly you about the support band, but then some would be upset because it's
a Heeplist not a support band list :-) I can say if you like Pink Ffloyd
with a bit of an Oasis feel, then you'd probably have liked Blurred Vision
who did the support for the whole UK tour, but they weren't my cup of tea.

I think hooking up at and before Heep gigs is an important part of the list,
I do wish I could be a part of that, but I still enjoy hearing about it.
What can be said about a Heep show, they play the same set every night and
they sound great, but , unless they start switching up the set, by even
switching out a song or two every night there's no point in gig reports
until the next tour with a new set list. It pointless saying anything unless
they mix it up. Face it they're great to see live but very boring to talk
about because it is the same all year long. DS

Dale, you are absolutely right, I am feeling that way myself and actually
getting bored with Heep music. And if everyone wants the list to be a place
where you can schedule a hook up for the gig, that's fine. My personal
thought is to get back on the list for the next tour..
