[Heeplist] David Byron CD has arrived

Ordered the Byron vol 4 eBay still haven't received it although they did
give me an ETA wondering if they mentioned the bonus to anyone else who
received it or if it just came with the volume for really hoping that comes
with anything anyone can tell me would be greatly appreciated...Keep on
Heepin' On!!!
