Igor, not to labour a point as English isn't your first language, but the "who's better" you refer to is implied in the subject line of Top Ten.  Top as in best. If I asked you to name the top ten Russian footballers, I wouldn't expect you to tell me just  the players from your favourite team but those you think are best at what they do :-)

If you excuse me, I want to make it clear, at least I see it that way: was there ever a question of "who's better?" People share their opinions on who they like or even love and sometimes even tell why they do or feel so. For instance, I play some instruments (including various guitars) - but it was never a question of "who's better" for me. What is better anyway? It is only what you really enjoy that matters. Otherwise people would no longer have cared for the likes of Blackmore, Gilmour or even Mick Box because in every new generation there are players that significantly surpass them from a technical point of view :) And the musci is different as well. But do we really care? :))))) And anyway, you can suggest us making a list of bassists :)))) No problem as well. :))))) Cheers, Igor
