Gerry Bron said at one time that Gary Thain was the best musician in the
band , Byron, early Hensley line -up.
Just wondering what your guys thoughts are on this statement ?
Could this be true even up today's line-up?
Been watching some vintage film footage of the band.
Thain was a monster!
Smooth as silk on stage, great look.
Could have used a few extra pounds on his rack though. Poor guy.:(((
Irreplaceable style of bass playing.
I bet everyone is getting anxious about the upcoming shows. :)))
