[Heeplist] Koko Blue Ray

I looked at this, the format for 19.99 Usd says Audio Cd, but the cover says
2 cd/DVd.  I wonder if that means 2 of each or a 2 disc set.  The Blue Ray
version appears to be Blue Ray only.  I would opt for the first set, if you
get audio cd and dvd together.

By the way, I  big time, love the cover, it is similar in nature to the
Outsider.  Anyone know the guy in the picture?
