[Heeplist] US Management for Heep?

There are a few bands like Bon Jovi, Springsteen, and artists like Billy
Joel. But they all have egos and will not want Heep on the bill to show them
up..  Plus many of the bigger attractions, like the Eagles and all the
aforementioned artists, do not share a bill.
I gave up delusions of Grandeur for Heep a long time ago.  For example I saw
them in a suburb of Washington DC, one of the country's larger metropolitan
areas back in 2001, it was a club and less than 50 people to see Heep.  I
will say of the 40-50, I Knew about 20, as they were USA Heepsters from the
list.
