[Heeplist] Links (NHC)

I wouldn't go so far as to say not to post non-Heep content, but it 
would be a good idea to give a heads up on what a link is.  Also, 
it's always a good
idea to put 'NHC' or 'No Heep Content' in the subject line if the 
posting isn't about Uriah Heep.
