Hi Damian

'Five Miles' was the title of bootleg that appeared in late 80's or
early 90's and it included five songs (Fools, Life Is A Dream, Never
Forget, Been Hurt & I Won't Change) all from 1979 sessions of what was
planned to be the fourth album with John Lawton.

'Ten Miles High' was the title of a bootleg cd that appeared around
1999 and this included all the songs on 'Five Miles' plus three more
unreleased songs (That's How I Am, Tonight & You And I) from these
same 1979 sessions. On the cd there were also four songs most probably
all from Firefly sessions (Been Away Too Long (demo version), I Always
Knew, Dance Dance Dance & Put Your Music Where Your Mouth Is). All
these are taken from tapes that were in circulation among Heep
collector's and at the time were all unreleased recordings. In
addition there are three tracks (Let It Ride, Feelings & Your Love)
also from 1979 sessions but these had already been released on A Time
Of Revelation box set and this is where these are taken from. The last
track A Far Better Way is also taken from this box set and it is
originally an out-take from Fifefly sessions.
