I received my Tshirt about a month ago now but I live in the UK.  Don, it's 
strange if your Paypal was refunded.  Did you order off the Heep website? 
If you did it makes no sense as they still show all sizes available to all 
countries.

I placed an order a while ago. I checked my PayPal account to check the
order and it said that my payment had been refunded?
No reason why. I just sent an email to the merchant to explain the reason
of the refund?
