[Heeplist] 1981 cassette recording?

I wonder is there was any answert to this and who the mystery singer  
is? Several candidates have been mentioned but at least I haven't seen  
anywhere that this would have been clarified definitely. Nothing earth  
shocking here for of course but it would be nice to know who the guy is.
