Here I attach a link in case you use a torrent client -  http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1673595  It's that very film from VHS encoded as mpeg2. Saves a lot of work, I believe. And it is a crying shame no one cared to release that  officially on either DVD or Blu-Ray.
