[Heeplist] Celebration released on vinyl

The US Salisbury promo is the only one ever released on single as far as I know. If someone know about others I will need to eat my hat ;-)

I did see a US 45 of Salusbury for $30..wish I could afford it..(I live in the US..on a low budget) ..was the 45 released in other countries? Were there any B sides? The US one I found was a promo copy..not sure if a stock copy was released w a B side
