[Heeplist] [NHC] Steve Walsh leaving Kansas

Kinda big news in the prog rock field. Kansas just announced that Steve 
Walsh is leaving the band in August. It will be interesting to see who they 
replace him with. Here's the statement from their web site:

On June 30, 2014, Steve Walsh informed the members of KANSAS that he is 
resigning from the band. His last performance with KANSAS will be August 16, 
2014, in Sioux City, Iowa, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
As KANSAS continues on, the band wishes Steve only the best in his future 
endeavors, and thanks him for the 41 years.

His voice had definitely fallen off over the decades, but when I saw them at 
their anniversary show here in Pittsburgh last year he sounded the best he 
had in years.
