[Heeplist] Rock the Foundation, I ask of You

Hi Bob, 

It's easier to understand lyrics if you try it with earphones! 

Seems to me "Rock the Foundation" starts with "Celestina works for the government..." Weird. Is that possible?!? Celestina is a Spanish name... If I'm right then probably the background choir consists of her name. 

On "Is Anybody Gonna Help Me" I clearly listen the background vocal singing I'm asking you. 

I have no idea who is singing, though I can identify at least two different voices.
