I pay the $99 for the Amazon prime every year so I get free 2 day shipping 
on everything. It works for me because I order a lot of stuff from Amazon. 
If you preorder a CD, they ship it Saturday or Monday, so you almost always 
get it on the release date.

It's more than silly. It's a pain in the ass. The CD isn't released
in the USA until Tuesday so it's not available as a Mp3 download
until then.  On Tuesday, the CD won't be in any of the big stores
like Walmart, Target, or Best Buy.  Those place carry Hip Hop (c)Rap
and modern Country music.
So it comes down to waiting for the CD to come in the mail which
could be 3 or 4 days after the release date (June 10th). Hopefully
the Amazon auto
rip will become available on Tuesday.. For the California Breed CD,
Amazon had a problem making the mp3s available and I ended getting
the Mp3 auto rip after the CD had arrived in the mail... 3 days after
the release date.
