[Heeplist] This list is bouncing all over the place

I use Comcast, a very large cable company in the USA.  My email client is
microsoft entourage.  I have been bouncing like crazy.  Over the last 2
weeks I have received notices that I was removed from the list 3x and have
went days without seeing posts.  However I don't have it that bad, there is
one guy on the list who cannot post messages, but can reply to other
messages and change the subject line.
