[Heeplist] This list is bouncing all over the place

I have received the third notice this month but could not find the usual "enable" option after clicking the link. Does anyone know what is going on?

 From what I can tell, any list mails
 that are from Yahoo users are going to
 my spam.  I'm not sure how to fix it or if it's a Yahoo
 thing or gmail

 to my friends lists,
 but they are still going to spam.  Anyway, could be
 what's happening with
